Returns / Exchanges / Lost orders

Returns and exchanges are only allowed if our team has slipped up. If you are shipped the wrong product(s) or we have sent you the wrong size than you have ordered, we will fully compensate for the mistake and ship out the correct item as well as refund your order. Lost orders are not our fault and not our priority. We have lots of things happening every day behind the scenes and simply do not have time. When buying from CrimsonJewelry, the buyer agrees to our standard shipping policy and takes full responsibility for lost or damaged orders. Please contact your local postal carrier to locate your package or file a lost package report.

Incorrect Addresses

CrimsonJewelry is not responsible for incorrect addresses. please be sure when filling out shipping information that everything is correct and being delivered to a convenient address or P.O. box. If a buyers package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address the buyer is fully responsible for paying the new shipping cost to ship the item(s) to the new correct address.

Shipping

CrimsonJewelry respects each and every customers privacy and will never share any confidential information with any outside affiliations. We never see your personal credit/debit card information. We only see your shipping address , full name , and email if you choose to sign up for our newsletter.
